CANCELLATIONS

REFUND & EXCHANGES

We offer full refunds or exchanges on returns made within 28 days from the date of ordering. Please notify us by using the contact form on this site or emailing louise [at] theknitclub.co.uk with the headline "Returns". We can only refund delivery costs, but regret that we are unable to cover the cost of returned items.
